We want you to love your 4ocean gear as much as we love cleaning the ocean, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Every return still supports our mission to remove plastic from the world's oceans, rivers, and coastlines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original eco-friendly packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email that your return is in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
